One deliverable, scoped before it is started.
A market map of a defined competitive field in neuroscience or neurology, delivered as a deck with the research files that produced it. The files come with the deck, not on request.
What you receive
| Deliverable | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Deck | 15 to 20 slides on one taxonomy that holds from the summary slide to the last appendix |
| Data file | One row per programme: stage, route, enrolment, whether results are posted, highest evidence disclosed, mechanism confidence |
| Source log | The primary document behind every claim, cited by NCT number, DOI, patent number or label reference ID |
| Gaps file | Every claim that could not be closed against a primary record, with the reason it could not |
Typical uses are sizing a field before a board discussion, testing whether a rival's announcement is supported by anything retrievable, or establishing whether a target mechanism has already failed in a registrational study.
How an engagement runs
Scoping. We agree what is in scope and, separately, what counts as one programme rather than one trial record; the agreed definition goes on a slide near the front.
Research. Registry sweeps first, then company primary documents, patents, regulator records and the literature.
Draft. The deck arrives with the source log and the gaps file attached, so you see what is thin before you read what it concludes.
Revision. One round is included, and most of it is usually spent on scope rather than on slides.
What is out of scope
This is analysis of evidence, not advice about what to do with it. No valuation. No price target. No recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and no return projection.
Judging how strong a claim is sits inside the work and is the reason to commission it. Telling you what position to take does not, and would need a licence this practice does not hold.
Pricing
Quoted per project once scope is agreed. Cost tracks how many programmes qualify and how far the primary-source trail has to be followed, and neither is knowable beforehand.
There is no published rate card. A price quoted before the scope exists is a guess wearing a number.
Sample analysis
Non-invasive delivery across the blood-brain barrier. 47 in-scope programmes, 71 registry records, one invasive benchmark. Data cut 27 July 2026.
