Competitive analysis in this field mostly restates what sponsors say about themselves. This practice reads the label, the registry entry, the patent and the paper, then says which of those a claim rests on.

What makes the analysis different

Primary records, or nothing

Trade coverage and databases find programmes. They never support a claim. One Nature Reviews feature led to three programmes later verified in the registry, and was the sole source for a set of platform holders that closed against no company document and were struck from every count. Both outcomes are logged.

Every mechanism claim carries a confidence tier

HIGH is a primary document. MEDIUM is an inference, written as one. LOW is secondary coverage only, and LOW rows stay in the file marked rather than deleted. AbbVie name no receptor for ALIA-1758, so it sits at LOW with its Phase 1 complete.

Human data is never set beside animal data

The 55-fold target engagement figure behind Roche's Brainshuttle module is a mouse result. Denali's 10 to 30-fold brain exposure figure is from animal models. Neither shares a table with a clinical readout.
